1. About Friendlies: Scrimmage Finder

Friendlies: Scrimmage Finder ("Friendlies," "we," "us") is a free community platform that helps youth and adult amateur soccer coaches and teams find and schedule scrimmages ("friendlies") in Southern California. Friendlies is operated as a personal hobby project, not a commercial business entity.

2. Who Can Use Friendlies

Friendlies is open to coaches, parents, club administrators, and team managers involved in youth or adult amateur soccer. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. What You Agree To

By posting a listing or using Friendlies, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your team, availability, and contact details
• Use contact information obtained through Friendlies only to arrange soccer scrimmages, not for solicitation, spam, or any other purpose
• Treat other coaches and teams with respect in all communications
• Not post false, misleading, or inappropriate content

4. What Friendlies Is and Isn't

Friendlies is a connection platform only. We help coaches find each other, we are not responsible for:

• Whether a scrimmage actually takes place after two teams connect
• The conduct of coaches, players, or teams at any game
• Field conditions, injuries, disputes, or any outcome of a scrimmage arranged through the platform
• The accuracy of information posted by other users

Any scrimmage arranged through Friendlies is solely between the coaches and teams involved. Friendlies has no role in and accepts no liability for those arrangements.

5. No Guarantee of Matches

We do not guarantee that you will find a matching team, receive responses to your listing, or successfully schedule a scrimmage. Match availability depends entirely on other teams in your area using the platform.

6. Content and Listings

We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms, contains inappropriate content, or is being used in a way inconsistent with the purpose of the platform. We may do this at any time without notice.

7. No Payments

Friendlies does not collect any payment information and does not charge for any services at this time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Friendlies after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
